The character's physical and non-physical characteristics are just as important as the conflicts they encounter. Come explore ideas in a short visual narrative on how to bring life to your character.

Challenge your thinking through several warm-up exercises and create characters with "WOW" appeal.

This workshop is for both writers and illustrators. Bring paper, pencils, or any drawing materials of your choice. I encourage the use of electronic devices for referencing ideas and/or to work on.

Who knows, you might just leave with a new friend.

Presenter: Raquel Beechner
