Drew will examine different styles of graphic novels and the mechanics of how a comic page works. He will break down the process of creating a graphic novel into manageable chunks of pitching, scripting, storyboarding, and illustrating. Whether you’re curious about comics or ready to start inking your own graphic novel, this session will offer some great insight into the genre. A recording will be available for one month after the webinar.

A portfolio review includes a written critique and option for an up to 30 minute in-person Zoom. For those signing up for the portfolio review, guidelines for the portfolio submission will be sent after the webinar.
